RAF and RAA Description

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 30% or 5% over (goal of 25%) will receive 35% of their RAA

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 25% to 29% will receive 32% of their RAA

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 12% to 24% will receive 30% of their RAA

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 11% or below will receive 10% of their RAA
